Union Ministry of Home Affairs Declares Hizb-ut-Tahrir Terrorist

Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HuT) was recently designated a terrorist group by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in accordance with the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). An important step in India's fight against terrorism and extremism has been taken with this decision.
