First Silicon Carbide Unit Inaugurated in Odisha, India

India has the groundbreaking ceremony for its first silicon carbide manufacturing plant yesterday, presided over by Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. RIR Power Electronics Limited is investing a massive Rs 620 crore in this mega project coming up in EMC Park, Info Valley, Bhubaneswar.

Significance of the Facility
