Himachal Pradesh Mukhya Mantri Sukh Shiksha Yojana

This program has been launched by the government of Himachal Pradesh. An annual budget of Rs 53.21 crore has been allocated for the project, aimed at benefitting low-income families. The aim is to help widows, economically weaker women or any woman separated/divorced irrespective of age and parents with disabilities.

Benefits and eligibility of the 'Mukhya Mantri Sukh Shiksha Yojana'

  • Focused on women in distress, the impoverished disabled heads of household and children
  • Monthly Rs 1,000 grant per child up to age of 18 years for education; health & nutrition requirements.

Extra financial support for children to pursue undergraduate, post graduate, diploma or vocational courses.

  • Understands disabilities, unemployment and poverty are interrelated. • perceptions appreciate those mutual situations within the banner of a diverse world-view
  • The widowed, abandoned or forceful female and parents suffering with handicaps will get the benefits from Rs 1 lakh to less than a time of warranty containing spouse.
  • Started in Haryana 2020, to enhance mental well-being of students through introducing happiness curricula, stress free teaching method and involving parents.
  • Aiming to improve the academic performance through positive learning environment and regular formative assessments
