The 2024 Leadership Summit was held at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. It was an event that was aimed at preparing young people for great opportunities in the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Memorial Appeal Ltd Company. The theme for the event was grooming young talents. The attendees were almost fifty representatives of the top companies. The idea was to combine the academic area with the commercial field.

- The summit ended with distinguished speeches by dignitaries, thereby encouraging future careers.
