The 2025 National Anubhav Awards Scheme

Through the Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare, Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi unveiled the "Anubhav" platform in March 2015. Retired and retiring government workers may use this online forum to tell the government about their employment experiences.

Anubhav Platform: A Compilation of experiences of Government Employees

• Intends to showcase experiences worthwhile to government workers.
• An Annual Awards Scheme was launched in 2015 that promotes participation.
• Number of write-ups — 10,886 (Won 59 Anubhav Awards and 19 Jury Certificates)
• National Anubhav Awards Scheme was launched in the year 2025, wherein employees of CPSUs and Public Sector Banks have also been included.
• Story submissions are open until 31 March 2025 for employees and pensioners.
• Now pensioners have a higher time limit to submit, up to 3 years after date of contribution
• Developed a new assessment system for new pay levels.
