Karnataka Leads in Drone Didi Application.

Karnataka has become the best performing state in training women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) as drone pilots as part of Namo Drone Didi Yojana. The project enhances the empowerment of women, as well as injecting modern technology in the agricultural sector to facilitate precision farming and the enhancement of rural livelihoods.

CAQM Reviews Air Pollution Controls.

Recently, the 128 th meeting of the Enforcement Task Force (ETF) of the Commission for Air Quality Management was conducted to review the current efforts in controlling air pollution in Delhi-NCR and the surrounding areas. The meeting also aimed at enhancing enforcement and coordination of states and effective implementation of pollution control measures.

India-Azerbaijan Relations Reviewed in Baku.

Recently, India and Azerbaijan had a discussion in Baku to evaluate on their bilateral relations. The discussions were aimed at increasing collaboration in trade, energy, and regional connectivity. This is one of the most expensive prices ever realized by an Indian artwork and this goes to show the timeless nature of classical Indian art in international market. The painting is a wonderful example of the maternal love in Hindu mythology which is portrayed with the realism of detail and with the heartfelt emotion.

Mission MITRA: Space on Earth Simulation.

To investigate the behaviour of astronauts in extreme environments, the Indian Space Research Organisation has introduced Mission MITRA in Leh, Ladakh. The mission will simulate the conditions of space including low oxygen, extreme temperatures and isolation by conducting the mission at an altitude of approximately 3,500 metres between April 2 and April 9, 2026. It is an important pre-configurative measure to the human spaceflight programme, Gaganyaan, in India.
