Alexander Stubb is on an official visit to India from March 4 to 7, 2026, following an invitation from Narendra Modi. During the visit, President Stubb will participate as the Chief Guest at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi. Role in the Raisina Dialogue

President Stubb will deliver the keynote address at the 11th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, widely regarded as India’s leading platform for discussions on geopolitics, geoeconomics and global governance.

The annual forum brings together heads of state, ministers, policy experts, academics and business leaders from across the world to discuss emerging global challenges. Finland’s participation reflects its increasing engagement with Indo-Pacific affairs and expanding strategic dialogue with India.

A high-level Finnish delegation including ministers, senior government officials and business representatives will accompany the President, indicating a focus on both political and economic cooperation.
