The Digital India BHASHINI Division, operating under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is set to host a pivotal workshop titled  “BHASHINI Samudaye: Strengthening India’s Language AI Ecosystem.”  Scheduled for 13 January 2026 at the Nalanda Hall in New Delhi, this gathering aims to catalyze deeper collaboration among key stakeholders dedicated to advancing multilingual artificial intelligence across the nation.

The workshop is a cornerstone of the  BHASHINI Samudaye initiative , a collaborative effort led by BHASHINI that brings together language experts, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and data practitioners.
