  • Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched Bharat Taxi , India's first cooperative-based driver-owned taxi service, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat .
  • Amit Shah also inaugurated the pilot phase of the Prime Minister Family Care Tracker (PM-FCT) , a digital platform designed to improve beneficiary tracking and delivery of welfare services.
  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi was honoured with the "Guardian of the Blue Horizon" Presidential Award by Seychelles President Dr. Patrick Herminie in recognition of India's contribution to maritime security and bilateral cooperation.
  • Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. and IIT Madras jointly established India's first Centre of Excellence for Plant Cell Fermentation Technology to promote advanced research in biotechnology and sustainable nutrition.
  • India and Seychelles signed 19 agreements and collaborative initiatives during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's official three-day visit, covering maritime security, capacity building, infrastructure, health, education, and development cooperation.
  • The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released draft guidelines to expand participation in the Term Money Market , allowing eligible All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs), NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), and corporate entities to participate.
  • RBI also issued draft directions to create a unified regulatory framework for secondary market transactions in Government Securities (G-Secs) , including When Issued (WI) trading , short selling , and Government Securities Lending (GSL) .
