Mumbai’s Mandale Metro Depot Becomes Asia’s Largest Facility

Mumbai marked a major leap in its metro infrastructure with the inauguration of the Mandale Metro Depot, now recognised as Asia’s largest metro depot. Designed for Metro Line 2B, the facility enhances operational capacity, boosts fleet readiness and strengthens connectivity between the city’s eastern and western suburbs.
