  • School heads

carry out a more detailed assessment.

This process is used to confirm and refine the results of the initial process.

The system combines to provide greater accuracy and reliability.

Why Early Identification Matters

Identification early in education is very important.

If difficulties are identified early on:

Students are supported more quickly.

  • Learning gaps reduce
  • Confidence improves
  • Dropout risk decreases

Early intervention can make a huge difference to the academic and social development of the child.

National Education Systems integration.

Amongst the key aspects of PRASHAST 2.0 is its integration with national digital systems.

These include:

  • UDISE+
  • APAAR ID
  • Swavlamban Card Portal

This integration allows:

  • Better student tracking
  • Easier data management
  • Review of support services.

It also contributes to policy planning on the national level.

What Is UDISE+?

UDISE+ is the National Database of the school education in India.

Gathers data about:

  • Schools
  • Students
  • Teachers
  • Educational infrastructure

PRASHAST 2.0 can integrate screening data to this system.

Connection with Samagra Shiksha

The platform also has the Samagra Shiksha programme.

Children identified in the system may be offered:

  • Educational assistance
  • Support services
  • Inclusive learning resources

This enhances support for children with Special Needs (CWSN).

Alignment with National Education Policy 2020

PRASHAST 2.0 supports the goals of the National Education Policy 2020.
